Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order before the product has been shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may proceed with an exchange or return after delivery.


2. 7-Day Exchange Policy

ATTIRO offers a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or

  • You wish to exchange it for a different size or variant (subject to availability).

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • ATTIRO reserves the right to decline exchanges if the returned product shows signs of usage or damage.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by ATTIRO.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be processed if:

  • The product is received by ATTIRO in acceptable condition.

  • The customer has requested a return instead of an exchange, within the applicable window.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect and no exchange is requested by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on ATTIRO’s part.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygienic or safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Innerwear, accessories, or personalized items (if applicable to your products).


5. Return Shipping

  • In cases of defective or incorrect products, ATTIRO covers the return shipping cost.

  • For all other return/exchange requests, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
